Kiah Studio FAQs

What paper and ink do you use for printing?

We use Ilford Galerie Fine Art paper for all of our statement prints. This smooth, matte paper is archival in nature, ensuring longevity of your artwork. Our paper produces warmer whites, crisp detail and vibrant colours.

What are the border sizes?

Our statement prints have a white border included in the paper size, unless the 'no border' option is selected. This is a a clean and modern alternative to using window mats in your frame.

White borders measure as follows:

A0                   2-inches

A1                   2-inches

A2                   1-inch

A3                   1-inch

What are the dimensions of your paper sizes?

Statement prints come in the standard ‘A’ paper sizes below. If you have chosen a white border option this will also be included in the paper size.

A0                   33.1 x 46.8in             84.1 x 118.9cm

A1                   23.4 x 33.1in             59.4 x 84.1cm

A2                   11.7 x 23.4in             42 x 59.4cm

A3                   11.7 x 16.5in             29.7 x 42cm

Do you offer framing?

Yes! We do offer framing in Tasmanian oak which best compliments the colour palette of Kiah Studio prints. We have a page dedicated to framing to answer any of your questions.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the custom nature of each order we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Each print is thoroughly checked before packing, however if you feel there is a problem with the production of your prints please email orders@kiahstudio.com within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

In the unlikely event that your prints are damaged during transit please take a photo of the artwork and packaging label (together in the photo) so that we can forward this proof to our couriers.
